The Secretary General of Cames, Professor Souleymane Konaté, informs the Rectors/Presidents of universities and Directors General of Research Centers of the organization's member countries of the launch of activities entering into the 47th session of the Inter-African Consultative Committees (ICC). In its weekly publication, the organization headquartered in Ouagadougou specifies that pre-registrations of candidates will take place from December 15, 2024 to February 15, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. GMT on the platform dedicated to this purpose. They must use the Cames forms and comply with the list of requested documents, in order to avoid any inconvenience.
Cames emphasizes that online pre-registration is mandatory for all candidates. This pre-registration is done with the same physical file, digitized as files in PDF format (e-file).
“The CCI program for Higher Education and Scientific Research, whose initial agreement dates from 1976, functions for the nineteen member countries as a common framework for managing the careers of teacher-researchers and researchers from Universities and Member States' research centers,” the organization said. According to Cames, teacher-researchers and researchers are subject to an individual evaluation of scientific skills and teaching skills with a view to their registration on the lists of aptitude for the different grades of higher education and research. The Cci Program has a supervisory body, the General Consultative Committee (GCC), which includes rectors, university presidents and national research directors.
