Anderlecht coach David Hubert looks forward to Sunday's match against Racing Genk with confidence. Even if the statistics do not speak in favor of the Mauves, T1 sees a good opportunity to achieve a good result against the Limburgers.

Racing Genk remains on five consecutive matches without defeat, at home, against Sporting Anderlecht. “This is an additional reason for us to show the opposite. We know that we can win there,” declared David Hubert with confidence at a press conference this Friday.

RSCA T1 highlighted that Genk remains on a solid run at the Cegeka Arena, but Anderlecht is also on a good spiral. “I know Genk like no other. Their last matches may have been less impressive, but we focus on their qualities and we know they are there.”

However, David Hubert also sees weaknesses in the championship leader. “We want to exploit them to the maximum. We always prefer to play a team that is not on a winning streak, perhaps it is the right time to face them”, he continued in reference to the defeat of Genk, last weekend in Bruges.

“However, they have many reasons to react. It's up to us to play smart, it's a new challenge that we are ready to take on.”

The challenge, too, will be to keep Tolu Arokodare silent. The Nigerian striker is crucial in building Genk's play and is the second top scorer in the championship with ten goals. “Samu, from Porto, had a similar profile. We have a plan to face Tolu. It is not only about the surface, because he is also a relay point and he has a lot of speed”, concluded the T1 of the Mauves.
