REPORTAGE – A week ago, 200 young isolated migrants took possession of the III theatere borough. The management of the establishment, which refuses to put them on the street, announced on Tuesday the closure of the place to the public, despite the risk “from filing for bankruptcy”.

On the first floor, dedicated to digital arts and current music, several dozen people wait in line to collect their breakfast. Others dozed off, on a sofa, on a table or against their backpack.
