Founders of the International Dental Clinic of Agadir

The International Dental Clinic of Agadir has established itself as a model of modern dentistry in Morocco thanks to a bold strategy based on technological innovation and the diversification of its services. Its founders look back on the decisive moments that marked the evolution of the clinic, the reception of patients in the face of innovations such as 3D imaging and virtual reality, as well as their future projects to strengthen their positioning in the dental and aesthetic sector. .

The International Dental Clinic of Agadir has become a reference in modern dentistry in Morocco. Can you tell us about the evolution of the clinic and the key moments of this progression?
Salim Fada:
The creation of the Agadir International Dental Clinic is based on the idea of offering our patients quality care in a setting combining comfort and cutting-edge technologies. One of the defining moments for us was the acquisition of a 3D imaging system, which truly transformed our approach to dental care.

The virtual reality exploration we integrated also marked a notable advancement, making diagnoses more accurate and improving the patient experience. Then, the acquisition of CATCAM equipment allowed us to launch the “One Day Dentist” service, where patients receive their prosthesis the same day. This is a technological feat of which we are very proud.

This digitalization of care is impressive. What was the reaction of patients to these technological innovations?
Afaf Tadlaoui: Our patients have welcomed these innovations with great enthusiasm. Comfort and speed of treatments are essential elements in our strategy. Thanks to these technologies, we have not only improved the quality of care, but also significantly reduced waiting times, which is a much appreciated point.

Additionally, we have noticed an increase in our patients’ confidence in the treatments offered, as they can better visualize and understand the procedures using 3D imaging and virtual reality.

You have also set up a space dedicated to aesthetic medicine. What motivated this decision?
Salim Fada: We have noticed a growing demand from our patients for aesthetic medicine treatments. We therefore decided to expand our offering to meet these expectations. Our space dedicated to aesthetic medicine is equipped with the latest technologies and offers a variety of treatments ranging from anti-aging treatments to skin care. This diversification reflects our desire to remain at the forefront, not only in dental care, but also in the field of aesthetics.

With all these innovations, what were the main challenges you faced? met?
Afaf Tadlaoui: The biggest challenge has been keeping up with the rapid evolution of technology. The field of dentistry is constantly changing, and it is crucial to stay current to continue providing the best care possible. This required significant investments, not only in equipment, but also in the ongoing training of our teams. We had to ensure that all staff were trained to master these new technologies. It is a long-term commitment that requires constant effort.

What role did financial partners play in the development of your clinic?
Salim Fada : Attijariwafa bank has been an essential financial partner in the development of our clinic. Its support was not limited to a simple provision of funds, but translated into real strategic support.

Thanks to their expertise, we were able to benefit from tailored advice which guided our decisions and optimized our management. His understanding of our specific needs allowed us to establish a relationship of trust, thus facilitating the achievement of our objectives. In short, his role was decisive not only for the financing, but also for the implementation of our project and the development of our clinic.

What are the future plans for the International Dental Clinic of Agadir?
Afaf Tadlaoui: We have big ambitions for the future. We continue to invest in future technologies, particularly in artificial intelligence, to further improve our services. We also aim to strengthen our positioning as a leader in modern dentistry in Morocco, while expanding our aesthetic care offering. The patient will always remain at the heart of our strategy, and we will continue to respect the most demanding international standards.
