Quebec kingpin Dave “Pic” Turmel, whose gang is waging open war against the Hells Angels for the sale of narcotics, is now at the top of the list of the 25 most wanted criminals in the country, authorities revealed this morning.

This list is formed alongside the Bolo program, an initiative which encourages the population to keep their eyes open for the worst criminals.

The update was unveiled at the headquarters of the Sûreté du Québec, in Montreal.

The suspects, presented in life-size format for the occasion, face the most serious charges such as murder, conspiracy and drug trafficking.

Quebecers “Pic” Turmel, who leads the Blood Family Mafia, and All Boivin occupy the first two positions. Rewards of $250,000 leading to their arrest are being offered.

The leaders of several police forces in Quebec and across the country met Wednesday to unveil the list.
