Stellantis establishes an interim executive committee pending the appointment of a new CEO
The interim executive committee (“CEI”) by Stellar will be responsible for the management and supervision of the company on behalf of the Board of Directors. The CEI will be chaired by John Elkann. The committee will be composed of the president and the following members:
- Xavier Chéreau : Human Resources et Heritage
- Ned Curic : Engineering et Technology, Software et Free2move
- Arnaud Deboeuf : Manufacturing et Supply Chain
- Antonio Filosa : America’s (North et South America) Regions, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®️, Ram, et le Design North America organization, incluant Maserati Design
- Beatrice Foucher : Planning
- Jean-Philippe Learned : Enlarged Europe, Pro One, and Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS, FIAT, Lancia, Opel and Peugeot. The Design Europe organization will also be attached.
- Douglas OSTERMANN : Finance
- Maxime Picat : Purchasing et Supplier Quality et les régions du Middle East & Africa, India & Asia Pacific, China et Leapmotor International

The the will also be supported by executive vice presidentssuch as Bertrand Blaise (Communications et CSR), Olivier Bourges (Customer Experience), Giorgio Fossati (General Counselet), Holy Ficili (Maserati and Alfa Romeo), Olivier François (Marketing in addition to FIAT, Abarth and DS), and Clara Ingen-Housz (Public Affairs). Richard Palmerappointed special advisor, will participate in the work of the committee as strategic support.
