The reactions have been endless since the announcement that an arrest warrant was issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on November 21. Latest episode to date: Tel Aviv notified this same ICC on Wednesday of its intention to appeal, for Netanyahu therefore but also for its former Minister of Defense, Yoav Gallant, also targeted.

The alleged former commander-in-chief of the Lord’s Resistance Army (ARS), still on the run, has been under arrest since July 2005. He is suspected of war crimes and crimes against humanity between 2002 and 2005 in Uganda.
