This increase in contamination shows to what extent awareness and prevention remain essential. Actions are being carried out across the four corners of our province. In Arlon, an entertainment trail was offered this Thursday.
“People who come here can fill out a solidarity passport,” explains Aline Flamion, social worker and facilitator at the Virton Family Planning Center. “We offer several fun steps to understand how we catch STIs, how we get tested, how to protect ourselves against HIV. It is also an opportunity to remember that AIDS is a disease for which there is still no cure, even if advances now allow people affected to live normally. And yet, they are still victims of discrimination.”
