The Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) continues to move forward in the investigation into the Jérôme Bandiaky affair. A new arrest was made, this time targeting SK, alias “Papis”, half-brother of a former minister of the Macky Sall regime.
During the search carried out at his home, relays seneweb which provides the information, investigators discovered more than three firearms. These findings immediately led to his placement in police custody in the DIC premises. Currently assisted by his lawyer, SK faces serious charges as investigations continue to determine the precise role he may have played in this complex matter.

The arrest of “Papis” marks a turning point in this investigation which seems to involve figures from the former regime’s entourage. For the moment, the authorities have not yet officially communicated the details of the investigation, but the arrest of this relative of a former minister could have significant political and legal repercussions.
