On November 21, Russia fired a brand new “medium-range experimental ballistic missile”, named Oreshnik, at the city of Dnipro, Ukraine.
This Sunday, November 24, Ukrainian security services revealed to journalists fragments of what could be the brand new “Oreshnik” missile, which was fired by Russia and which fell on the city of Dniprolast Thursday.
According to the Associated Press, which was present on site, the fragments have not yet been analyzed.
As a reminder, this brand new “medium-range experimental ballistic missile”, is able to carry nuclear charges, but who was without it for this attack.
Moreover, Ukrainian defense intelligence services reported that the missile was fired from the 4th Kapustin Yar firing range in the Astrakhan region of Russia, RBC Ukraine reports. The machine then took 15 minutes before hitting the city of Dnipro.
It would also have been equipped with six ogives each carrying six submunitions.
