In Normandy, a thousand technicians are working to restore power. But the layer of snow, which remains thick in the countryside, makes interventions difficult. Results: many homes are still deprived of electricity, and sometimes heating.
This is the case of Linda, 44, who lives in Cuissai, near Alençon. “It all started yesterday around 4 p.m. she testifies.
