On the night of Friday November 15 to Saturday November 16 in Marseille, a man was arrested while raping a woman in the Goudes district, learns Marseille newsconfirming information from BFM Marseille.
It was BAC agents who apprehended him.
A man caught in the act of rape
It was around 5 a.m. that a man was arrested after being caught in the act of rape. The events took place in the busy and very touristy district of Goudes, in the 8th arrondissement of the city.
The BAC intervened following the alert given by a man, who had heard a woman screaming in a car.
The suspect subject to an OQTF
According to information from BFM Marseillethe individual who was arrested was drunk and under an OQTF (Obligation to Leave French Territory).
The victim, for his part, was taken care of by the emergency services, who intervened on the spot.
