RENT 2024 show: Baptiste Capron, new CEO of SeLoger, reveals his priorities

Newly appointed general manager of SeLoger, Baptise Capron was obviously present at the RENT 2024 exhibition which brought together more than 12,000 professionals around a key theme: artificial intelligence in the real estate world. To drive the strategy and future of the company, the CEO of SeLoger has set three priorities:

  • strengthen the partnerships with real estate professionalsa commitment that is part of SeLoger’s long tradition;
  • continue to invest in fundamentals of the profession with particular emphasis on theacquisition of qualified leadsboth on the buyer and seller side, to support market growth;
  • and finally, reaffirm the local presence of SeLoger sales teams in the field, not limited to Île-de- but throughout the regions, to never lose proximity with customers, remaining attentive to their needs and expectations.

Baptiste Capron also took advantage of the RENT Show to promote the deployment of the “Boost Social Immo” initiative: an innovative solution which, very concretely, proposes to exploit the exclusive audience of SeLoger – i.e. 6 million unique visitors per month – to increase by 50% the number of leads for professionals. An ambitious strategy!
