The Quebec City Police Department (SPVQ) is looking for witnesses in order to advance an investigation into a hit-and-run with injuries, the events of which occurred on October 5, around 7:50 p.m., at the intersection of Henri-Boulevard. Bourassa and Boulevard Louis-XIV.

Summary of facts

A suspicious vehicle was traveling in the far right lane heading north when it struck a 17-year-old woman who was crossing the intersection on her pedestrian light. She suffered significant injuries, her life would not be threatened, indicated the SPVQ.

The investigation tends to show that the suspect vehicle is a dark sport utility vehicle that may resemble a Toyota Rav4 or a similar model.
