In any case, this is the exercise that the specially composed Assize Court faced on the fourth day of the trial for the assassination of Samuel Paty, Thursday, November 7, during the personality interrogation of Abdelhakim Sefrioui. Accused of having participated in the hate campaign against the professor on social networks, in particular by describing him as “thug”, the 65-year-old man appears for terrorist criminal association. He faces thirty years of criminal imprisonment.
