A serious accident involving a motorcyclist occurred on Saturday in the town of Plan-les-Ouates. Around 6 p.m., while traveling on the Saint-Julien road towards Carouge, a two-wheeler collided with a car.

According to the first elements of the investigation, it was driving in the other direction and made a U-turn, hitting the motorcyclist (born in 1998) very violently, whose life-threatening condition was in danger, then lifted in the evening.

The driver and his two passengers were not injured. The artery was closed for several hours for the purposes of the intervention.

This serious clash follows four fatal accidents involving two-wheelers over the past two weeks in Geneva.
