The Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), through the Maou’rout Center for Cultural Heritage, in partnership with the Academy of the Kingdom of Morocco, is organizing the musical event “Rawafid”, to celebrate the cultural and musical richness of Morocco.

The “Rawafid” concert presents a diversity of Moroccan musical genres, ranging from Tarab al-Andaloussi to Malhoun, including Hassani and Amazigh music, thus reflecting the varied musical heritage of the Kingdom. The orchestra, composed of 24 musicians, will perform a rich repertoire, demonstrating the unique fusion of cultural influences that characterizes Moroccan music.

This evening is not only a celebration of music, but also a demonstration of the unity and cultural diversity of Morocco. The public is invited to discover the wonders of Moroccan music in a setting steeped in culture and history.
