Botola: Moghreb of Tetouan still deprived of recruitment according to the LNFP

In a statement published on the official website of the FRMFthere LNFP assured that it had organized more than five meetings with the management of the club concerned, to study all the files which led to the ban on recruitment, specifying that the last meeting took place on Thursday, September 12, 2024. Still according to the LNFP, the competent commission “found that part of the data did not respect the criteria in force within the framework of the dispute resolutionwhich require obtaining reports indicating the collection of the sums granted by the complainant.

Furthermore, the LNFP announced that it had received a letter from the players’ lawyer on Friday. Anas Jabroune And Hicham El Khalouawho have reportedly still not received their arrears. The League announced that it had videos of the players concerned, acknowledging “what was stated in the correspondence of their lawyer.” The Mughreb of Tetouan was therefore notified on Friday, so that he could clarify his position and provide proof of payment, but the LNFP assured that no document had been provided until Tuesday: “In view of this situation, it is impossible for the National Professional Football League to lift the recruitment ban.” The MAT’s management office will have to pull itself together as soon as possible, to avoid finding itself without reinforcements during the first leg of the Botola Pro Inwi D1.
