An unexpected event for Marilyn Manson fans: his entire concert in Durant, Oklahoma, on September 13th, is now available online. A video, captured by Arin Sarris, has been posted online, allowing fans to discover or relive the show in its entirety. The concert took place at the Choctaw Grand Theater, where Manson was opening for the metal band Five Finger Death Punch.
A varied setlist and revisited classics
Marilyn Manson performed a diverse setlist, combining his greatest hits with more recent tracks. The audience was able to rediscover essential songs like The Beautiful People and The Dope Show, which marked the artist’s career. But that’s not all: the singer also played his latest single, As Sick As The Secrets Within, released last month, a new release that his fans were eagerly awaiting.

A highly anticipated return to the stage
The Durant show is part of Marilyn Manson’s tour as the opening act for Five Finger Death Punch, a comeback that kicked off on August 2 at Hersheypark Stadium in Pennsylvania. It was the artist’s first full-length show since the end of his 2019 tour. Manson is backed by his current band, which includes longtime members Tyler Bates on guitar and Gil Sharone on drums. Newcomers like Reba Meyers (Code Orange) on guitar and Matt Montgomery (aka Piggy D., ex-Rob Zombie) on bass round out the lineup.
The comeback is marked by the release of the single As Sick As The Secrets Within, recorded with long-time collaborator Tyler Bates; his first under his new label, Nuclear Blast Records. Another single, Raise The Red Flag, was also released in August, fueling rumours of a future album already completed.
Controversial artist faces court
However, this return to the stage is not unanimous. Over the past three years, Marilyn Manson, real name Brian Warner, has been involved in several legal battles, particularly in connection with accusations of sexual, emotional and physical abuse brought by several women, including Evan Rachel Wood, star of the series Westworld. Although Manson strongly denies all of these allegations and has filed countersuits, several of the complaints filed against him are still ongoing.
The allegations took a toll on the artist’s career. In 2022, Manson was dropped by his label Loma Vista Recordings and his talent agency, CAA, following the revelations. Despite this, the artist has continued to maintain that his intimate relationships have always been “entirely consensual and shared with like-minded partners.”
