This Saturday, October 14, 2024, the reasons for Slimane’s absence from The Voice Kids were revealed. The production was also contacted.
Like every Saturday, TF1 broadcast a new episode of the talent show The Voice Kids. During the show, Slimane explained in particular that he had been forced to miss the last coaching of his various talents. He then explained:
“I chose to work with Chimène Badi and Dadju. By the way, I thank them, because I couldn’t be there on the day of that coaching session.”.
He adds:
“I’m very happy to have chosen them, because in their style and in their universe, they are a bit like the queen and the king.”.
The artist continues:
“These are people who have done big tours, they are people who know how to sing, they are people who are used to the stage, who are used to sharing, and for me, all of that was important as values and as things to share with the children.”.
In addition, the production also spoke about Slimane’s absence. Contacted by our colleagues at Tele-Leisureshe justified herself:
“Slimane was sick during the battle rehearsals, that’s why he couldn’t be there”.
Nothing too serious for the artist, who continues to be on all fronts!

The tenth season of The Voice Kids is currently in full swing on the first French channel. Thus, viewers had the chance to discover the four coaches of the season. And they are Slimane, Lara Fabian, Claudio Capéo and Patrick Fiori. But now that the blind auditions are over and all the coaches have chosen their talents, it is time for the battles. However, in this difficult event, the artists needed to be supported. Thus, co-coaches were designated. Lara Fabian decided to be accompanied by Garou and Tayc.
