Guest on the podcast Blissavailable on all audio platforms, to mark the release of his new cover album called “Impostor”,Julien Doré spoke about his feelings around the pregnancy of his partner, whose identity we still do not know, but also about her childbirth. Very involved in the pregnancy, he confided that, contrary to the mother of her son whose pregnancy was “rather serene”, he wasn't really. “There was a lot of work but for me, there has been this desire for many years now to preserve my private life and therefore also the terror of images being stolen. I was very careful, I would not have wanted that These moments are being stolen from me.”he indicated. The ex of Marina Hands and Louise Bourgoin also delivered on his “dream paradise” in the Cévennes and the way he created a cocoon there with his partner, their son and his two dogs. “I thought about what I wanted. I took a sheet of paper and wrote down my dream, if I have enough money a day to make it come true: a house in the south of France, closest to where I was born, and two dogs. That was exactly what I wrote on it and a few years later I did it. It's been 6 years now since I moved.”he confided. And to admit: “Jhe could not have suspected that some time later a family would be built in this place which I am obviously still in today”.
Julien Doré also spoke about his current partner and their meeting which was obvious. The now father of a little boy admitted that after several years of love affair with his previous partner, and therefore a breakup, he felt the need to to feel again “seductive in the eyes of a woman (…) a need for lightness”. “At that moment, I want everything except building a relationship”he continued, specifying that he had not met his son's mother in the Cévennes. About this region where he left his bags and where he lives with his family, he confided: “I feel like it's a great place for a lot of things (…) There is something extremely solid which is decided without you forcing it and which is precisely based on everything, except the classic codes of what could define the couple. (…) Realize that there can be two people but that despite them, around them, there is something so powerful.”

Julien Doré then clarified that for him, a couple is “the pair, team relationship”. The singer admitted to having found peace with his current relationship. “Let's say there is something solid. I obviously think that the arrival of a child is more than concrete (…) There was a common hope and a common desire“, he continued. And continued: “I'm going to tell you something I've never told. Full lockdown, you think you're going out and you're sick… Something where if you ever go to buy oranges and apples you wash them with bleach (. ..) I choose at 2 hours to have vagal discomfort and there is a pool of blood on the floor. I literally fell to the floor and cut my chin open.
