In an interview with Télé 7 Jours, Lorie spoke about her career. She revealed that some artists refused to work with her and that she had difficulty getting invited on certain shows.

Lorie Pester is making her comeback to the forefront. Idol of young people of the 2000s, the singer is at the origin of real hits like I will be (your best friend) or even I need love. But after a series of albums and tours, she moved away to embark on new projects such as comedy. Lorie Pester reveals she struggled to be invited on television

For several weeks, the singer has been making the rounds on television sets to talk about her event tour. She was notably invited on the set of Daily where she confided about the racy interviews she had to do in the past. But it wasn't easy to be invited. “Daily, I've been trying to be invited for a little while… For some time now, it's true that the programmers of shows that we didn't get before have been asking us,” she begins in the columns of 7 Days before revealing that she will make her comeback in a flagship TF1 show. “But I will also return to the Star Academy on December 28. During the first seasons, I often participated in the show. People even took me for a student, because I was sometimes younger than some of them!“, she confides. The academicians will therefore have the privilege of meeting Lorie Pester and perhaps singing with her.

But the singer also revealed that she was a little frowned upon by certain artists who did not want to collaborate with her. “You're always someone's nerdy guy anyway. The proof is that certain artists, whose names I won't mention, refused to participate in my latest album… Today, I don't care, because in the evening, I find my daughter“, assures Lorie Pester. Her return to the stage is at least to the delight of her fans.
