Two years after releasing his album N°9Jenifer returned to the forefront with her opus in which she covers her own titles. If, since his victory at the Star Academy, in 2001, the star had a career marked by success, she still does not have complete confidence in her abilities. The interpreter of Give me time was even somewhat disturbed by the question of a journalist from 7 Days TVwho asked her if she liked… her own voice. The singer hesitated for a long time before answering and remained silent before finally blurting out: “What a question!“. After thinking, the former coach of The Voice revealed that she didn't likenot necessarily” his voice.
Jenifer, however, clarified that she had managed to overcome some inhibitions: “But what I like today is that I no longer hold back. I'm not stopping anything. Jenifer works again with her ex-companion, Maxim Nucci aka Yodelice, on this new album. The one who is the mother of her son Aaron, 21 years old, of Joseph, 10 years old, fruit of her former relationship with Thierry Neuvic, and Juvanni, 3 years old, born of her union with the restaurateur Ambroise Fieschi, has remained on good terms with the father of her eldest son, who is a songwriter.
It was with him that she collaborated on her third album Moody in 2007. Now, the singer and the musician, in a relationship with the journalist Isabelle Ithurburu, are working together again. “I have always greatly admired his work, from the beginning.
