In all honesty, Jenifer did not hesitate to reveal one of her greatest shames. The singer confides with an open heart.
Jenifer is back in the studio. With his new album,
Jukebox, the singer will also launch a brand new tour for 2025. And her fans can be happy since the big winner of season 1 of the Star
Academy will offer unique concerts every evening.
Jenifer returns to her new album
For our colleagues from TV 7 days, she returned to her musical proposals: “Each concert will be unique, thanks to the fact that people will be able to scan, via a dedicated application, a QR code as soon as they enter the room. They will then be able to choose, from around thirty titles, those they want to enjoy. to hear sing“, she explained. So to be able to put on her shows, she went back to her memories: “There were tears of joy throughout the recording of this album. I had a little stomach ache too, somewhere“, revealed Jenifer, confident that she had not always liked her voice.
The singer reveals one of her biggest shames
Fortunately, today, all that has changed: “But what I like today is that I no longer hold back. I'm not stopping anything. In the past, in the studio, I was ashamed“she confided. “Ashamed of trying things. But the more I advanced in my career,
the less I had this feeling“added the singer. And for this new album, Jenifer announced that she had collaborated with a man she knows well since he is her ex-partner, and the father of her first child, Maxime Nucci. A collaboration of which she is very proud: “For the best-of, what convinced me was when the idea came up that it wouldn't be a compilation, but an album where we would revisit my old songs”.
Jenifer collaborates again with her ex
Already in 2007, the two former lovebirds had worked together for the album Lunatic. “And also, returning to a studio for which I have a lot of affection, which is very special to me: Spookland (the studio of Yodelice, Maxim Nucci, his real name)“, she explained. Thus, Jenifer is making a big comeback both on stage but also on the airwaves. Magnificent projects which do not however make her want to embark on other challenges, such as becoming a teacher to the Star
Academy. Indeed, for our colleagues at Télé-Loisirs, she confided that she had already thought about this possibility:
“Oh no! I became a coach, a talent coach [dans The
Voice]. But teacher… I don't know if I would be up to the task of giving lessons to someone… Me who lacks so much discipline.”
