Moreover, this poetry and this desire to connect with the public will still be very present in the artist’s new show, “Chansons nouvelles et autres confidences”, which will take off on October 10, 2024. It will be a concert featuring the singer with his words, his anecdotes and his voice, accompanied only by his pianist François Richard. It is by presenting new sounds, but also old, lesser-known ones, that he will gently deliver himself to these intimate rooms of the province. And during this time, true to himself, Michel Rivard continues to boil with ideas. Inexhaustible? Perhaps! But one thing is certain, he intends to take the time to savor the process.
