Noor presents her 1st EP as a disc of 17 minutes of song, 6 years of life, and 1 million tears. The singer signed with the Romance label, that of Angèle, Clara Luciani and Hervé, and arrives there as a confident singer of sad stories. “It’s healing me, I accept my sadness with it, so it’s perfect“. And the public asks for more, so the one who trained at the Berkeley College of Music in Boston, winner of the last Inouïs du Printemps de Bourges prize, continues the process.
Noor, sensitive and melancholy but funny
This sadness can still be a hindrance but music is getting her out of it, she says. Noor experienced a tragedy very early, she then thought that love could save everything. “I’m trying to get through it, it’s a long process but I want to find it through my art.” She thus explains that she presented herself as the first part of Hervé a few days ago at La Cigale, being at her worst, so she confided in the public, no jokes this evening, the welcome that followed from her emotions not these strangers enveloped and calmed her. This audience with whom she discusses heartbreak during her concert. The singer knows she is melancholy and admits to having “very afraid to come out of this“, but she’s very funny too, doesn’t mean she goes on stage just to talk, “I’m only in the first part“.
