72 years old, more than half of which as a (re)known singer. Mainly known for its role in the musical comedy Starmania, Fabienne Thibeault can boast of having had a wonderful and long career.
Monday, November 18, in Le Figaro's BuzzTV, the Canadian artist looked back on her exceptional journey. Alongside Damien Canivez and Sarah Lecoeuvre, she spoke on all kinds of subjects. She notably spoke of her relationship with Christian Montagnac, known as “Doudou”, her husband. She also spoke about her childhood and the great admiration she had for her father, her “idol”. She also deciphered the incredible success of Starmania. She considers in particular that this exceptional glow which lasts over time is due to all the timeless songs, to the lyrics which speak to everyone and which cross the eras, of Starmania.

In his book The survivorpublished on November 7 by Éditions de L'Archipel, Fabienne Thibeault spoke about the beginnings in Starmania. On BuzzTV, she looked back on her beginnings, and dropped a crazy anecdote about the troupe. A troupe where we found big stars like France Gall and Michel Berger.
During his participation in the Franco-Quebec rock opera, the interpreter of Complaint of the automaton waitress was staying with the emblematic couple of artists. She was thus able to take a real dive into their intimacy. And when you meet people closely, it's impossible to miss their little quirks… She was particularly able to observe that France Gall had a slight tendency towards stinginess.

The artist, who describes herself as benevolent, does not at all aim to judge anyone.
« France Gall was a little stingy, but hey, I understand her. I'm not a spender, but I don't think about money »she conceded. In the same interview, she also praised the exceptional talent of her colleague:
