This track is the last taste of the next album From Zeroscheduled for release on November 15. Joe Hahn, the group's turntablist, was responsible for directing the video, a symbolic approach reminiscent of their iconic Music videos from the early 2000s. In a press release, the group declared: “We couldn’t wait to bring you this song and video, so here it is a little early.”
Two-Faced explores relationship tensions, with introspective lyrics about disappointments and betrayals. Mike Shinoda's voice mixes with that of Emily Armstrong, the group's new singer, bringing an emotional intensity reminiscent of that of the late Chester Bennington.
