Vianney has been saying it for several months, he doesn't plan to go back on stage anytime soon. Despite the great success of his latest album “A 2 à 3”, sold more than 200,000 copies, the singer and coach of “The Voice” prefers to focus on his family life rather than going back on the road. “ It's for my own good, it's for my mental, family, physical health, whatever you want… I know I made the right choice today » explained the interpreter of “Call On Me” at the microphone of RTL in September 2023, announcing a stage break from “ at least three years » : « You sing your songs in front of thousands of people every night. And you're with a dream team. There were 60 of us, I loved them all deeply, I know them all, they were my family on the road for months and years. It's radical, it's hard to make a decision, but sometimes you have to do violence and you don't regret it. ».

“I feel very sorry”

However, some fans believed in his stage return… far from ! Indeed, several sites, including Spotify and Songkick, have announced the holding of a Vianney concert at the Monarch, a small venue in Berlin, this Wednesday evening. Having not been on stage for a real show since September 2023, some fans of the artist did not hesitate to make the trip to the German capital. But they were extremely disappointed when they realized that no Vianney concert was ultimately scheduled in Berlin. A disappointment which reached the ears of the singer, who wanted to clarify the situation on his Instagram account. “ I have absolutely nothing to do with it, but apparently there are a few of you who traveled to Berlin where I was “announced in concert this evening”. I feel very sorry… » he apologizes on his Instagram story: “ I haven't toured for over 2 years and, if one day that changes, you will be the first to know on my official networks ».

A similar story happened last December when several fans believed that Jul was going to give a concert in Sweden for five euros. It was actually a Christmas show (“Jul” meaning “Christmas” in Swedish) but tickets were still snapped up within a few days.
