The media JoyNews24 today reveals the results of its survey of 200 industry experts on different subjects, and here we are interested in the best artists who marked the year 2024.
At the same time, the media also revealed its ranking of the worst personalities of 2024.

1. DAY6 and aespa (59 votes each)
Since reuniting as a full group late last year, DAY6's popularity has grown exponentially. They have become a band that perfectly embodies the adage that “good music always resonates with people.” DAY6 managed to shine this year with a whole new influence.
With the release of two albums, “FOUREVER” in April and “Band Aid” in September, DAY6 really made an impression with a meteoric rise in 2024, nine years after the group's debut. With “HAPPY”, DAY6 achieved the very first PAK (perfect all-kill) of their career at the top of the charts, proving their new popularity and the success of their song.

Tied for first with DAY6, the members of aespa had a fantastic year with a multitude of hits to their credit. The group managed to take the top spot on the charts several times during the year, and even KARINA's solo “UP” took the top spot on MelOn.
Obviously, this year's immense musical success in South Korea was “Supernova”, a song which broke numerous historical records on the Korean charts, notably that of longevity in first place for MelOn, largely explaining the choice from aespa at the top of the ranking.

3. NewJeans (40 votes)
NewJeans completes the podium just behind. Despite the power struggles between Min Hee Jin and Bang Si Hyuk/HYBE and the girls' position in the middle of it all, NewJeans once again managed to dominate the charts with their music releases.
If the extra-musical life of the group is therefore a lot of talk with the numerous movements at ADOR and the public declarations and accusations against HYBE, NewJeans will still have been a safe bet in 2024.
Behind them, we find in fourth place three artists: SEVENTEEN, IU and Lim Young Woong, each having received 13 votes.
Afterwards, we find RIIZE and ZEROBASEONE who collected 4 votes each.
Finally, the other artists cited by the experts (with 1 to 3 votes) are: JY Park, BTS, (G)I-DLE, THE BOYZ, Xdinary Heroes, PLAVE, ATEEZ, IVE and KISS OF LIFE.
