She also noted some irregularities in this famous document, which indicated in particular that the accommodation was rented furnished, when it was not. This clause would have allowed the lessor to pay less tax, but it also implied that the duration of the rental could be reduced to one year and the amount of the deposit increased to two months. In addition, the Pellissards paid 20,000 euros in rent in advance.

This Thursday, May 8, the Pellissards announced good news concerning their setbacks with their owner. “We are going to court.
