More beautiful life: “It’s incredible”… Ariane and Boher make a discovery that could change everything in the investigation into Betty – News Series on TV

In the next episodes of “Plus belle la vie, encore plus belle”, Ariane and Boher will make a new discovery which could well change everything in the investigation into Betty’s disappearance.

For several days now, Ariane (Lola Marois) and Boher (Stéphane Hénon) have been investigating the suspicious death of Betty Solano (Horya Benabet). The latter indeed made her comeback in Plus belle la vie, even plus belle, two weeks ago in an attempt to win back the heart of Kilian (Tim Rousseau).

Unfortunately, the young man has moved on and wants a divorce. In a fit of madness, Betty then threatened Kilian to slit his veins to prove her love for him. Following this event, she seems to have decided to end her life.

She indeed sent a farewell letter to her cousin Jules, and her belongings were found on the beach. But if everything suggests that she committed suicide, Ariane decided to investigate. And all the clues lead her to believe that it was Kilian who killed the young woman.

Betty’s blood was indeed found in the kitchens of the Mistral. Placed in pre-trial detention, he has all the makings of the ideal culprit. Unfortunately, new discoveries could change everything.

Ariane and Boher discover new information

In a extract from episode 87 of Plus belle la vie, even plus belle, Ariane and Boher meet up with their colleague from the scientific police so that she can tell them her conclusions following the analyzes of the data collected at the Le Mistral bar last Wednesday.

She explains to them that she hasn’t found anything new. The bar is indeed a very busy place, so they didn’t find anything very significant. “Apart from the presence of Betty Solano Corcel on site” Ariane corrects.

Their colleague confirms that there were indeed traces of blood but that they cannot find out where they came from. According to their findings, it is in fact not possible that the blood came from a knife wound. There was blood on the floor, but in moderate amounts.

And there was nothing on the walls or anywhere else. “A stabbing attack systematically causes projections,” explains the policewoman to Ariane and Boher. These are what they call GSI, blood droplets resulting from impact.

Basically, when you stab someone, the force of the shock necessarily disperses particles into the environment. And we find that everywhere”. Ariane then asks him if we can find these droplets even if the criminal has carefully cleaned the crime scene.

But to do this, Kilian would have had to use bleach, taking care to scour the smallest crevice with a cotton swab, and the smallest object that was in the kitchen that evening.

It’s incredible…” answers Ariane. “This is especially not possible without finding traces of detergent or textile”, specifies their colleague from the scientific police.

The latter explains to them that Betty was probably stabbed, but that this event did not take place in the bar. “I don’t understand…” says Boher incredulously. “This means that the victim would not have died there, but on the other hand we find his blood there and also the murder weapon. There is something wrong…

Will this new discovery prove that Kilian is innocent? According to the short summaries of the next episodes, the two police officers will not be able to agree on the interpretation of this new information.

They will even “disagree” on the continuation of the investigation. But what really happened that night? Answer in the next episodes of Plus belle la vie, even plus belle.
