After a first experience as a “hardcore” rapper which was not crowned with success, KS Bloom returned to the forefront of the musical scene with gospel rap.

A change of style which has been more than beneficial for him since his music has since been widely listened to throughout Ivory Coast, but also throughout the world.

Proof that this new artistic direction is much better than the one he adopted at the start of his career, KS Bloom won the PRIMUD d’Or at the Prix International des Musiques Urbaines et du Coupé Décalé (PRIMUD) 2022.

However, none of this would have been possible without a man whose hit single author, “It’s God”, paid a tribute during one of his recent outings. This is Pastor Mohammed Sanogo. According to his words, he was “the instrument of God” through which he became who he is today.

“To be honest, I don’t think there would have been KS BLOOM without this gentleman (Pastor Mohammed Sanogo Editor’s note). The Bloom is the youth department of his church (Vase of Honor) and it is there that I got all the spiritual nourishment, I gave my life to Jesus. It was there that I took my first steps in faith, it was there that I was taught everything I know today.

Today, it is firstly thanks to Jesus that I am KS Bloom, but through his servant through whom he was kind enough to pass through to supervise me and bless me”he began.

He then continued by praising the man of God whom he described as a person of integrity, open to all those who approach him without prejudice on appearance.

“Pastor Mohammed Sanogo is someone who is very open-minded and very humble. He is someone who lets you express yourself, he is not into things at first glance, he will not see you with locks and deduce that you are a fake guy, because he is also aware that there are people who on the surface look like honest people, but who are not in reality”he continued.

He then concludes by stating: “Moreover, he knows the Word of GOD, he knows that the Bible does not condemn so it is not he who will condemn. Beyond everything that can be said about me, about my appearance, he always supported me, he was always there for me and he never said to me “Satan out” and besides, that’s it. is what I’m trying to explain in my song.

He saw a young person who is in love with Jesus, but who above all is young so he does not ask me to be an old person in the shoes of a young person to love and follow Jesus.”
