Alain collapses in hospital

François (Jérémie Covillaud) goes to meet Boris (Jules Bahloul) in the hope of calming things down between them. He apologizes for having kicked him out of the house and now wants to find family unity. He offers her high responsibilities at L Cosmétiques, alongside Catherine (Smadi Wolfman) but Boris declines sharply and lets her know that he no longer wants to have anything to do with either of his parents.

Elisabeth (Chrystelle Labaude) suffers from her grief as well as the betrayal inflicted by François, in a hurry to integrate Catherine into the L Cosmétiques management committee. She informed her partner of her firm opposition to this appointment. François then suggests that he sell his shares back to him. Elisabeth understands that he is trying to oust her and promises him a bitter fight.

Discharge and repression

Florent (Fabrice Deville) takes advantage of the fact that Anne (Anaïs Gilbert) has come to the office to ask her for news about Philippe (Raphaël Almosni). He confides to Johanna (Aurore Delplace) his powerlessness to act and his pain at seeing his ex go through such a difficult ordeal.

The high school students are all excited at the prospect of their pain ball game. Thaïs (Lila Guiraud) lacks motivation but Maéva (Marie Fèvre) finds the words to boost her. As Philippe and Anne prepare to leave for the Cévennes, Thaïs brings them a picnic. With Arnaud (Paul Gomerieux), they witness their departure. Seeing him preoccupied, Thaïs offers to accompany him to the bread ball to clear his head. He ends up accepting and meets Thaïs’ friends. At the end of the game, he thanks her for this break and for taking such good care of his father. Touched, she admits to having become very attached to Philippe.

At the hospital, Alain (Frédéric Van Den Driessche) discusses the patients in the department with Janet (Tonya Kinzinger). His repeated guards have exhausted him and his speech becomes confused. Janet begs him to rest and as he walks down the hall to find a room to lie down for a moment, he collapses to the floor, lifeless.
