ILLIT changed their fanclub name after a day.
On April 21, ILLIT announced that its fans would be called LILLY. However, it quickly became talked about due to other fandoms with similar names.
On April 22, BELIFT LAB announced that the group would change the name of its fanclub.
The agency said:

This is BELIFT LAB.First of all, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for the incredible love and support you have shown ILLIT.
We have an important update regarding the official ILLIT fanclub name. Originally announced on April 21, the fanclub name was selected from various proposals compiled with fan input, reflecting our wishes for an everlasting love between ILLIT and its fans.
However, we have decided to revisit the issue after reviewing various concerns that have emerged. The new fanclub name will be chosen from among the other shortlisted candidates and will be announced later. No naming contest will take place this time.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your kind understanding.
