Anne’s daughter denounces “the hatred” received

A week after the broadcast of the report on Anne, scammed of more than 800,000 euros by a fake Brad Pitt, the mockery accumulated on social networks. This Saturday, January 18, 2025, Anne’s daughter, Margaux, was the guest of The Big Week, on M6.

Ophélie Meunier, the presenter, made it clear that Anne had to be on video during the show (broadcast delayed) but that she “is very fragile”.

“A lot of hate”

So it was her daughter who came back “the descent into hell” experienced by his mother after the scam.

Already, after all this story, for a year and a half, it was very complicated for her and for us quite simply. But now, she doesn’t deserve what’s happening to her. She doesn’t deserve this basic manipulation and she doesn’t deserve all this hate on social media.

Margaux recalled that her mother was “sincere” and denounces the hatred received these last few days.

“I received a lot of messagesa lot of hatred. Obviously, it makes me feel worse. It’s very complicated, very difficult psychologically and morally,” details the victim’s file.

“She remains a victim”

Most of the messages received say that Anne “deserves what is happening to her”. Above all, Margaux explains that Anne, “still hospitalized” “wanted to end her life, but our bond allowed her to fight”.

Beyond the mockery, she remains the victim of a scam.

For Margaux too, the situation is “very difficult”.

“Everything that affects my mother affects me. We are very close. It is very difficult psychologically to get up in the morning and tell yourself that your mother is being harassed on social networks,” describes the one who had to stop your studies “because” of the scam suffered by his mother. Currently, Anne no longer has “a roof over her head”, according to her daughter.

It “could have happened to anyone”

Coming back to the scam as such, Margaux recalls that it “could have happened to anyone”, “so many things come into play”.

My mother doesn’t listen to me, but I’m not able to do anything else. I tell him something it goes in one ear, it comes out the other.

As a reminder, the replay of the TF1 report was removed from the platforms after the waves of mockery received by Anne.
