In second place follows the antihero of the Marvel universe, Venom : The Last Dance, which gathered 684,000 followers in 645 cinemas in five days. While the first exhibition of Juror #2 is currently limited to 35 sites in the United States, its ambitious launch in 448 French theaters mobilized 385,000 faithful. In comparison with the two previous Palmes d’Or, Anatomy of a fall retains the lead (254,000 entries at startup), but Anora bat Without filter (152,000 entries). Excellent start also for the animated film by Gints Zilbalodis, Flow. The cat who was no longer afraid of water, which dazzled 136,000 dreamers in 300 theaters. Still on the art house side, let us finally highlight the remarkable careers of Seeds of the wild fig tree by Mohammad Rasoulof (more than 500,000 entries) and The Story of Souleymane by Boris Lojkine (400,000 entries).
