CINEMA – Jeff Tuche has struck again. After four films with undeniable success since 2011, the family saga of Tuche announces its return with great fanfare this Tuesday, October 15 through a teaser that is as surprising as it is unexpected.

For this new comedy, the patriarch of the family appears in this short extract in the form of a parody advertisement. With a “so British” accent in the background, the false advertisement shows the presentation of a rather special tea to introduce the new adventures of the Tuche family in the United Kingdom.

« English Breakfast Tea in the morning, Earl Gray in the afternoon, White Darjeeling in the evening… There is a tea to accompany you at every moment of the day ”, we hear in the introduction. “ And around 7 p.m., when the throat begins to dry up… Nothing? “God save the Tuche” will be released on February 5

Entitled: “ What is this thing? (with a T for Trick) », the video continues the jokes about this famous beer tea, which “ also available in 5L dispenser “. One last joke which finally leaves its place in the title of the next film: Les Tuche : God Save the Tuche. All against a backdrop of electric guitar playing the tune of the British anthem.

Because after winning the lottery in the first opus, crossing the Atlantic to discover the United States in the second film, winning the French presidential election in the third, before returning to a calmer life in Bouzolles in the last latest film, the Tuches are at it again. Except this time, it’s on the other side of the Channel.

According to the synopsis of this fifth part, Jiji (grandson of Jeff and Cathy Tuche) lands a football internship at the prestigious Arsenal club. Enough to motivate the whole family to make the trip to England to meet the royal family. Which promises some great interactions between French and English.

As this teaser revealed by Pathé indicates, Les Tuche : God Save The Tuche will be released in France on February 5, 2025 in our cinemas with an unchanged cast. With one exception, Jean-Paul Rouve replaces Olivier Baroux behind the camera, while he was at the helm of the first four films.
