Strong winds expected Monday and Tuesday in Morocco

Locally strong gusts of wind are expected, Monday and Tuesday, in certain provinces of the Kingdom, indicated the General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM) in an “orange” vigilance level alert bulletin.

Thus, locally strong gusts of wind (70-80km/h) are forecast, on Monday from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., in the provinces of Al Hoceima, Tetouan, MDiq-Fnideq, Fahs-Anjra, Chefchaouen and Taza, said the same source.

The same phenomenon (75-95km/h) will concern, on Tuesday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., the provinces of Al Hoceima, Guercif, Taourirt, Berkane, Oujda-Angad, Driouch, Nador, Tétouan, MDiq-Fnideq, Chefchaouen, Jerada, Figuig , Taza and Boulemane.
