In a press release, the prefecture calls for caution because “ significant flooding » are possible

Finally, on the waterways placed on orange alert, the safety conditions are “incompatible with the practice of canoeing and more generally with the individual or collective navigation of leisure boats (boat and other means of navigation)” .

Also, by prefectural decree, the prefect of Ille-et-Vilaineprohibits rental and navigationcanoes, kayaks, boats or any other similar craft on these waterways.

“Any violation of this ban will be punishable by a fine provided for in 2nd class fines,” communicates the prefecture.
