The cinematographic news surrounding Spider-Man is very rich, the hero intending to invade our screens with his webs over the coming years. Spider-Man 4 is the most anticipated project among the many announced. Coming out between the 2 Avengersthis opus will be essential both for the future of the hero and for the MCU as a whole, he who will meet several characters from the Marvel universe. Spider-Man should thus have many allies like the Punisher with whom he even risks facing an Avenger.
A new beginning for Spider-Man

Spider-Man and the Punisher face off against the most violent Avengers
Following the death of Tony Stark in Endgamethe chances of seeing an Avenger again in a Spider-Man film were low, especially after No Way Home. However, this will certainly be the case. On an episode of The Hot Mic, John Rocha and Jeff Sneider, two fairly reliable Marvel sources, discussed Spider-Man 4. According to them, Spider-Man and the Punisher would face the Hulk without revealing to us the circumstances which would lead to this confrontation.
Jeff Sneider: I heard the Punisher’s name from one of the sources when I did that Spider-Man report earlier, but then another source said, ‘Oh, I don’t know.’ You know, I had heard the name [Jon] Bernthal in the project, but I also heard that he is no longer part of it. So he could be in on it, or as you say, he was part of an old plan. When it comes to the Hulk, it smells good.
If the presence of the Punisher is not confirmed, the two insiders are quite confident regarding the Hulk. Better still, they even add that Marvel reportedly abandoned the idea of Professor Hulk to return to a more beastly version of the character. World War Hulk being in the pipeline, this turnaround would not be surprising, and it would justify a fight against Spider-Man and the Punisher.
To the long list of characters planned for Spider-Man 4 Could therefore be added Hulk in his most violent version. This last point will certainly reassure fans who have lost interest in the character since Endgame.
