Netflix is celebrating and not just for Christmas, it happens that one of his recently released original films is on its way to becoming one of the best. The film in question is the thriller “Carry On” (Luggage in Hand), starring Taron Egerton, Jason Bateman, Sofia Carson and directed by Jaume Collet-Serra.

“Carry on” tells us that on Christmas Eve, a mysterious passenger blackmails a young Transportation Security Administration agent into letting him take a dangerous package on the plane.

The film landed on December 13, and since then it has accumulated 97 million views. It also remains number one on Netflix's weekly movie charts, and has already become the Netflix's biggest movie release this year.

By achieving 97 million views in its first ten days, “Carry-on Luggage” is close to joining the Top 10 of the most viewed films in the history of Netflix. Here are “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery” with 136.3 million views in its first place in tenth place, “The Mother” by Jennifer Lopez is in ninth place with 136.4 million views, “We Can Be Heroes ” and its 137.3 million are in eighth place and “Damsel” by Millie Bobby Brown got 138 million, ranking in seventh place.

Another movie that is also doing well is “The Six Triple Eight”, the little-known story of World War II starring Kerry Washington. Tyler Perry's film arrived on December 20 and has achieved 14.3 million views.
