Without being a particular fan of the Jade Giant, we must recognize that after several years of Professor Hulk, She-Hulk and Skaar, it is nice to see a Hulk *really* worshiped, even if it is only the model red. In addition, beneath the visual effects, there is always this fascinating little side of discovering the Hulkified version of an actor that we know by heart, in this case Harrison Ford. Crazy detail: imagine that in the comics, Thunderbolt Ross' broom mustache disappears when he transforms. (This was to keep Red Hulk's identity secret during his first appearances.) So basically, hair-wise, we haven't lost much!
After meeting with newly elected US President Thaddeus Ross, Sam finds himself in the middle of an international incident. He must uncover the reason behind a nefarious global conspiracy before the real mastermind of the operation makes the entire world see red.
