Of all the nonsense and crazy things he has done Deadpoolthis is my favorite by far. If Marvel weren't afraid of success, Deadpool 4 would adapt this story… although it would be absurdly expensive due to the number of characters that appear. Furthermore, the +18 would be a little short.
The story of Despicable Deadpool from 2017-2018 shows Wade Wilson being the most bloodthirsty and beastly mercenary in history, to the point that he tried to kill the person he most respects in the world: Captain America. I was totally unleashed. Steve Rogers almost manages to arrest him, but he escapes.
And here the arc begins The Marvel Universe Kills Deadpoolwhich covers from number #297 to #300. They can be found loose or collected in Despicable Deadpool Vol. 3. The good begins: Deadpool regrets his actions and wants to die, but not in any way. He steals $20 million and uses it to put a bounty on his head. And of course, villains from all over the world come as scavengers.
Okay, okay! Let's get this over with quickly! I'm Deadpool, and I'm some top-notch shit. Before I thought I could redeem myself. What nonsense! Honestly, everyone would be better off if he stayed away from me. Do you think that's why I make sure I smell terrible? I don't believe it. Anyway, here we go.
There are four numbers of hilarious and somewhat dark scenes of humor and unbridled action full of massacres. Things get so bad that the Avengers are forced to intervene. I won't tell you more to avoid putting the spoiler sign at the beginning of the article, I'll just tell you that some heroes and villains end up vomiting in the middle of the street. They make a real mess.
