We have to go back to 2006 and “Saw 3” to find the last film banned for those under 18 in cinemas in France and Belgium.
Art, the bloodthirsty clown, returns once again for one of the most unjustified massacres ever seen in cinema in “ Terrifier 3 “. A very gory and brutal gratuitous violence which sees the third part of the saga prohibited for those under 18 years of age.
The second opus only achieved 70,000 admissions in France and was prohibited for those under 16. Obviously, the third of the name is even more violent and… indigestible. At a preview on Friday October 4 in the United Kingdom, ten people left the theater at the start of the screening, one person fainted.
ESC Editions, distributor of the film in France, describes a film “with grand-guignolesque and unrealistic violence”, but above all “an auteur film in the purest slasher tradition “. Fans of hemoglobin and guts will be served!
