Ben Schwartz teases the famous character of Shadow in “Sonic 3”.
In two films, the Sonic saga on the big screen brought in $724 million in worldwide revenue. On December 25, Sonic will be back with a 3rd part! While waiting to learn more about the plot, Ben Schwartz teases the arrival of a character!
This is Shadow, one of the iconic enemies of the Sonic game! Keanu Reeves will lend him his voice and thus joins the Anglo-Saxon vocal cast already made up of Ben Schwartz and Jim Carrey.

In France, the adaptation of the adventures of the hedgehog from video games attracted a cumulative 4.3 million spectators. This success logically led to the start of a third part, currently being filmed.
Jeff Fowler is still directing Sonic 3 after directing the first two episodes. The 45-year-old filmmaker also signed the spin-off series Knuckles, which arrives April 27 on Paramount+.
For the moment, no information has been disclosed on the plot of this 3rd episode of the adventures of the blue hedgehog made in Sega. Everything we know comes from the post-credits scene of the second part. Shadow, Sonic’s iconic enemy, appeared. It will probably be at the center of the story of this chapter 3.
We should also know how Robotnik survived after the final battle. The latter was left for dead, defeated by Sonic and his friends. However, at the end of the film, we learned that his body had not been found, leaving little room for doubt regarding his return.
Sonic 3 will be released in theaters on December 25, 2024.
