tells us the official announcement. Once again, Valentino Rossi, the nine-time Motorcycle world champion, is part of the team. He will share the cockpit with Kelvin van der Linde and Ahmad Al Harthy. While Al Harthy was Rossi's teammate in 2024, van der Linde joins a new BMW M driver.”
Now aged 45, Valentino Rossi is delighted to continue the adventure with BMW, he who still hopes to have the chance to drive a Hypercar in the near future.

It's great to race again on fantastic tracks, which I know well from my career in MotoGP. It makes me enjoy racing in the FIA WEC. The schedule for this month of January remains busy for Valentino Rossi. After welcoming the birth of his second daughter, organizing the 100 km of champions on his Ranch, and participating in the BMW presentation, it will remain a great event to experience for the team owner that he is. On January 25, the MotoGP team, VR46, will present its new livery in Jakarta (Indonesia).
