The General Authority of Meteorology announced the weather conditions and temperatures tomorrow, Friday, and the coming days, and said that the country will witness slight weather fluctuations in most governorates.
It is expected that hot weather will prevail during the day, and mild weather at night and in the early morning hours, with the continued appearance of some weather phenomena that citizens must pay attention to, such as water mist and active winds in some areas.
The Meteorology Department added in a statement that the weather during the day will be hot in most parts of the country, with maximum temperatures ranging between 28 and 37 degrees Celsius, while at night the weather will be moderate and tend to cool in the early hours of the morning.
Meteorology expects light water mist to appear in the morning on agricultural roads and near bodies of water, especially in the areas of Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, and the northwestern and eastern coasts.
Wind activity is also expected in some areas, especially in Greater Cairo, South Sinai, and the Red Sea mountain ranges, where their speed will reach 30 km/h.
Clouds appear over areas of the north of the country, which helps moderate temperatures, especially during daylight hours, with the condition of Bahrain, the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea remaining moderate, with wave heights ranging between 1 and 1.5 metres, making conditions suitable for marine activities.
Cairo: high 30 degrees, low 21 degrees.
Alexandria: high 29 degrees, low 20 degrees.
Matrouh: high 27 degrees, low 19 degrees.
Sohag: high 34 degrees, low 22 degrees.

“Meteorology” revealed that temperatures will continue to drop slightly until Monday, October 7, 2024, with water mist and low clouds continuing in the early morning in some areas, and it advised following daily weather forecasts to avoid any surprises.
The Meteorological Authority called on drivers to be careful while driving in the early hours of the morning due to the possibility of water mist forming, which may lead to low visibility.
She also pointed out that marine activities should be practiced with caution in the Mediterranean and Red Sea, where the waves are moderate, but it is best to follow local updates on the sea condition before undertaking any sea trips.
