For this last session of the year, the mayor, Jacky Gaullier, invited officials from the First Degree Education Sports Union (Usep 28) to come and present a project for the establishment of yurts on the former playing field. campsite, now property of the municipality.

A project which would consist of the establishment, from May to October, of four yurts, four wooden tents (Cabadian) and various equipment allowing collective life. “All with the aim of raising awareness of sustainable development, while learning to live together and arousing curiosity and autonomy,” explained Aurélien Clouet.

No consensus

The questions asked by elected officials at the end of the presentation on showers, interest in the municipality or even financing did not demonstrate overwhelming enthusiasm, but nevertheless made it possible to clarify certain points before the vote.

Noting that the project “does not achieve consensus within the council” and to remain “faithful” to his “concept of democracy”, Jacky Gaullier decided to abstain in a “desire not to influence the choice of each and of everyone.”

The project was finally adopted with 7 votes for, 5 against, 9 abstentions and 2 non-participation in the vote.

The project is voted on, but the council should meet again to clarify the terms of the agreement. “The addition of clauses concerning in particular financial guarantees from Usep, the capping of charges for the municipality, early termination or even the conditions for restoring the land is necessary,” commented Morgane Thomas-Ramadou, advisor. municipal.

Budget primitive

The municipal council then resumed the normal course of the session to unanimously adopt the initial 2025 budget presented by Françoise Mailly, deputy in charge of finance. The operating budget is €2,109,500 and the investment budget amounts to €233,097.

Subsidy requests (FDI 2025) for the stadium, the signing of agreements with the Cercle Nautique de Beauce, the diocesan association and the management center were voted unanimously.
