Truffles, film, market and music: big day of celebration in Talairan

The day will begin with the first truffle market of the season, Place de la République. The local farmers’ market will be open at 9 a.m. After checking the black truffles brought by the truffle growers throughout the morning, the sale of the tuber melanospores will be launched at 11 a.m. sharp. At 11:30 a.m., aperitif hosted by the Gipsys des Corbières. At 12:30 p.m., a meal will be offered with grilled sausage and truffle omelette. But the day of festivities will not be over. At 2:30 p.m., broadcast offered by the municipality of the film Vaiana 2 (animation, adventure – 1 hour 40 minutes) at the Foyer des Campagnes.

Entertainment for children will follow at 4 p.m. with an inflatable game, a greeting card creation workshop and a treasure hunt.

At 4 p.m., the Christmas market will open in the presence of around ten exhibitors (wine producers, beekeepers, bakeries, scented candles, jewelry, etc.). Santa Claus will descend from the bell tower of Saint-Vincent Church at 6 p.m.

At 7:30 p.m., aperitif entertainment with the duo formed by Rachel Montiel and Cécile Costabella. Catering will be offered by the village merchants, the caterer Cyril Farina and the pizzeria Au feu de bois.

Finally, the day will end with a festive evening from 9 p.m. with DJ Seb Évents Animation.
